1. WELCOME TO OUR SERVICES

Welcome to "Where : Pin Places & Plan Trip" (referred to as the "App"). This application and related services (collectively, the "Services") are operated by Thousand Ways ("we", "us", "our"), a company headquartered and registered in Bihar, India.

Our goal is to provide software solutions that allow you to effectively pin locations of interest and organize your travel plans.

By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you are entering into a binding legal contract with Thousand Ways. This means you have read, comprehended, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THESE CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES AND MUST STOP USING THEM RIGHT AWAY.

Individuals who have not reached the age of majority in their local jurisdiction (typically those under 18 years old) are required to have a parent or guardian review these Terms and supervise their use of the App.

2. YOUR COMMITMENTS

When interacting with our Services, you confirm and promise that:

  1. Any information you provide during account creation is accurate, honest, and complete.
  2. You will proactively update your account details if anything changes.
  3. You possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
  4. You meet the minimum age requirements or have obtained verified parental consent.
  5. You will strictly use manual methods to access the App, avoiding bots, scripts, or automated tools.
  6. You will not engage in unlawful acts using our platform.
  7. Your usage will remain fully compliant with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

Certain features might require you to set up a user account. You bear full responsibility for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. We maintain the right to revoke or modify usernames that we deem offensive or inappropriate.

4. PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS

We do not handle your financial data directly. All purchases are managed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Consequently, any requests for refunds must be processed through the respective App Store and are governed entirely by their standard refund policies.

5. SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES

Heads up: Your subscriptions are solely handled by the official platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Automatic Renewals

Unless you actively terminate it, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize continuous, recurring charges to your selected payment method without needing further approval for each cycle.

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

Because your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google Account, you are responsible for managing it. To prevent future charges, you can cancel auto-renewals at any time through the subscription settings on your iOS or Android device. Cancellations take effect after your current paid term expires. Refunds and cancellations follow the strict guidelines set by Apple and Google.

Our App may occasionally allow you to upload text, images, reviews, or other media (referred to as "Content").

When you share Content on our platform, you grant us an expansive, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to utilize, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content in connection with operating and promoting the App.

8. APP LICENSE & THIRD-PARTY STORES

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited right to securely download and run our App on your compatible mobile devices.

Specific Rules for Apple & Google Stores

When you download the App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("App Distributors"), the following conditions apply:

  1. Sole Contract: This agreement is strictly between you and Thousand Ways. The App Distributors are not responsible for the App or the content inside it.
  2. Usage Boundaries: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with the usage rules established by Apple or Google.
  3. Support: We (not Apple or Google) are entirely responsible for handling support requests or maintenance for the App.
  4. Warranties: If the App fails to meet warranty standards, you may request a purchase refund from the App Distributor. Beyond that, Apple/Google hold no further warranty obligations.
  5. Liability: We handle all product claims, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection issues—not the App Distributors.
  6. Intellectual Property: We take responsibility for defending against third-party claims regarding intellectual property infringement, not the App Distributors.
  7. Compliance: You guarantee you do not reside in a country embargoed by the U.S. government, nor are you on any restricted party list.
  8. Beneficiaries: You accept that Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are classified as third-party beneficiaries of this contract and can enforce these rules against you.

9. PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION

We retain the absolute right to monitor the App for any breaches of these Terms. If necessary, we may restrict your access, remove offensive content, or take legal action to protect our property and users.

10. PRIVACY PRACTICES

Protecting your personal data is important to us. Our distinct Privacy Policy details our data collection and protection strategies. By using the App, you simultaneously agree to the terms laid out within our Privacy Policy.

11. DURATION & CANCELLATION

These terms are valid for as long as you actively use our Services. We maintain the right to suspend or terminate your account—without prior notification—if we believe you have violated these rules or behaved inappropriately.

12. LEGAL JURISDICTION

Any disputes or legal matters arising from your use of the Services will be governed and interpreted under the laws of Bihar, India, ignoring any conflict of law principles.

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We deliver the App purely on an "AS IS" basis. Using it is at your own inherent risk. We explicitly decline all warranties, whether direct or implied. Thousand Ways, our staff, and executives will not be held legally accountable for any damages, loss of data, or loss of profits resulting from your use of the platform.
